We still ship orders as usual!

Please note that due to COVID-19 disruptions, the delivery of packages is longer than usual:

For France, this delay is usually about to 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the destination municipality.

For international countries, the delay is about 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination.

Tracking numbers are no longer updated systematically, and are often updated only when the package is delivered or when it crossed the border (for international packages). So if nothing appeared with the tracking number, it is normal. Be sure that I daily check the tracking numbers and ask informations to the post office employees once a week.

If you noticed a delay that seems worrisome to you, do not hesitate to contact us by message so that we can discuss the situation together. We sometimes have access to additional informations via the Post Office where we drop off the orders every week. We invite you to be understanding about the exceptional disruptions which we are obliged to work with. We do our best to ensure that your orders are delivered correctly and we have no control over delays caused by lack of employees or the lockdown imposed in certain countries or states.

Be sure that you will receive your order! We keep an eye on it for you! All you have to do is to be patient.

Concretely, here are the changes taking place currently:

- The delivery time is longer than usual.

- Currently we are no longer able to deliver to Tunisia and French Polynesia until the end of the health crisis. For other countries there are no problems at the moment, so deliveries to the USA and Canada are still possible.

- The following destinations are closed:Antilles, Antigua & Barb, Netherlands Antilles, Netherlands Antilles (Sint), Netherlands Antilles (Sint Maarten), Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Island, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curaçao, Dominican (Republic) , Dominique, El Salvador, Ecuador, Falkland Islands, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Turks & Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands GB and US, Jamaica, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia, St Kitts & Nevis, Surinam, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela

- If you choose to be delivered via a Colissimo with signature at the delivery, it will be delivered in your mailbox without signature, like a normal Colissimo.
