The soul of this box
The triskel, also called triskelion or triskel, is a Celtic symbol of dynamism and enthusiasm linked to the sun. It has several meanings, the most common being that its three branches represent the elements water, earth and fire.
The triquetra sometimes symbolizes the triple goddess, but also refers to the natural elements, just like the triskel. It can also be linked to an idea of trinity, which is why it is sometimes found in churches.
