Lilith is a symbol of femininity, beauty, freedom, rebellion, strength and courage. She is the liberator of women, encouraging them to be strong and assert their rights. Lilith is also known to help with childbirth and all matters relating to femininity.
She is associated with night and the lunar star, water, roses, snakes and felines, especially cats, owls and hyenas. In tarot, Lilith is symbolized by the Empress and High Priestess. She is often associated with Ishtar / Inanna, Isis, or Kitra among vampyres.
In Luciferian Wicca, Lilith embodies the goddess, symbolizing the feminine energy of the universe (associated with the god, Lucifer, symbolizing masculine energy).
The Lucifer sigil first appeared in the Grimorium Verum. It symbolizes Lucifer and his energy, and can be used in a variety of esoteric practices. There's so much to say about Lucifer, the light bringer and thus, metaphorically, of knowledge. Depending on one's beliefs, he can be seen as a God, as an egregore or as a symbol of our own quest for knowledge and spiritual awakening through work. In Luciferian Wicca, it is seen as the God, the masculine energy of the universe.
Astaroth, named after the Phoenician goddess Astarte, is said to be a great duke of the underworld. A very powerful entity, he is known to be honest and wise, but also particularly complex in his interactions with mages. It is common to consider him in a feminine form, since Astarté became Astaroth under Christian domination. In this case, he is seen as a goddess of lust and seduction, likened to Ishtar. This ambivalence simply reflects the complexity of this powerful and mysterious deity.
According to the Book of Enoch, Azazel is the tenth angel to fall from paradise. He and the other watchers were expelled for teaching men forbidden skills such as metalworking and cosmetics.
