The soul of the necklace

Samhain is the Sabbath that is held on October 31. It celebrates the arrival of winter, with all the symbolism that this entails, in other words the death necessary for rebirth. According to beliefs, the night of Samhain is reputed to be the moment when the boundary between the world of the dead and the world of the living is at its thinnest. It is therefore a particularly favourable moment to communicate with the dead.

This necklace is inspired by this Sabbath through the colour of the amethyst which evokes the night, mystery and extrasensory abilities. But also because of the properties of the amethyst itself, which are linked to the work of psychic abilities, and in particular perspectiveness and mediumnity.

As for the pentagram, it evokes the occult, magic and spirituality.

The amethyst

Amethyst is a stone of spiritual protection and purification. It acts on the crown chakra and the third eye, and promotes meditation. Because of its purifying properties, it is very useful to help create an energy shield that will protect you from the surrounding negativity.

Amethyst stimulates intuition, favours visions and dreams, and is therefore recommended for divination and oniromancy,but also to work on increasing psychic capacities, especially clairvoyance. On a psychological level, amethyst helps to calm nervousness, as well as to remain concentrated.

The pentagram

The pentagram is a 5-pointed star symbolising the union of the spirit with the natural elements (water, earth, air and fire). Although its use has crossed the centuries and different beliefs, it is essentially linked to paganism and is considered a symbol of protection.
